Materials Data on HoO3 by Materials Project

HoO3 crystallizes in the hexagonal P6_3/m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ho is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to nine equivalent O atoms. There are three shorter (2.30 Å) and six longer (2.40 Å) Ho–O bond lengths. O is bonded in a distorted trigonal planar geometry to three equivalent Ho atoms.

Materials Data on HoO3 by Materials Project

HoO3 crystallizes in the hexagonal P6_3/mmc space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ho is bonded to twelve equivalent O atoms to form a mixture of distorted face and corner-sharing HoO12 cuboctahedra. There are six shorter (2.33 Å) and six longer (2.63 Å) Ho–O bond lengths. O is bonded in a distorted see-saw-like geometry to four equivalent Ho atoms.

Materials Data on HoSnO3 by Materials Project

HoO3Sn is (Cubic) Perovskite structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional and consists of one 7440-31-5 molecule and one HoO3 framework. In the HoO3 framework, Ho3+ is bonded to six equivalent O2- atoms to form corner-sharing HoO6 octahedra. The corner-sharing octahedral tilt angles are 0°. All Ho–O bond lengths are 2.18 Å. O2- is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ho3+ atoms.
