Materials Data on LuPb2 by Materials Project

LuPb2 crystallizes in the tetragonal I4/mmm space group. The structure is two-dimensional and consists of two LuPb2 sheets oriented in the (0, 0, 1) direction. Lu is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Pb atoms. All Lu–Pb bond lengths are 3.30 Å. Pb is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Lu atoms.

Materials Data on LuPb3 by Materials Project

LuPb3 is Uranium Silicide structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Lu is bonded to twelve equivalent Pb atoms to form a mixture of corner and face-sharing LuPb12 cuboctahedra. All Lu–Pb bond lengths are 3.44 Å. Pb is bonded in a distorted square co-planar geometry to four equivalent Lu atoms.
