The NASTRAN contour plotter, a group of subroutines and modifications to the NASTRAN plot module, enables contour lines to be superimposed on the plot of the structural model or on an outline of the structural model. The NASTRAN contour plotter can be incorporated into NASTRAN version 12. Consistent with the NASTRAN computer program, it is operational on the IBM 360, the CDC 6000, and the Univac 1108 computers on a variety of plotter hardware.
FORTRAN language subroutines enable the production of a tape for a 360-30 tape unit that controls the CALCOMP 566 Digital Incremental Plotter. This provides the plotter with instructions for graphically displaying data points with the proper scaling of axes, numbering, lettering, and tic marking.

Transfer characteristic of vidicons and other image sensors are measured by light from a calibrated electroluminescent panel as a function of the current output of the image sensor. The plot of current output versus the calibrated light output is the transfer characteristic.

Modified typewriter mechanism with standard logic components provides digital plot of output of multichannel analyzer. Unit plots irregular curves at approximately 14 channels per second, and smooth curves at over 25 channels per second, and is not subject to analog error or drift.
