Materials Data on SrTePd by Materials Project

SrPdTe is half-Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Sr is bonded to four equivalent Pd and six equivalent Te atoms to form a mixture of distorted corner and face-sharing SrTe6Pd4 tetrahedra. All Sr–Pd bond lengths are 3.00 Å. All Sr–Te bond lengths are 3.46 Å. Pd is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Sr and four equivalent Te atoms. All Pd–Te bond lengths are 3.00 Å. Te is bonded in a distorted q6 geometry to six equivalent Sr and four equivalent Pd atoms.
