Materials Data on Sr2MgTl by Materials Project

Sr2MgTl crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Sr2MgTl ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Sr is bonded in a linear geometry to one Mg and one Tl atom. The Sr–Mg bond length is 3.71 Å. The Sr–Tl bond length is 3.20 Å. Mg is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Sr atoms. Tl is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Sr atoms.
