Materials Data on SrAlGa by Materials Project

SrGaAl is half-Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Sr is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Ga and four equivalent Al atoms. All Sr–Ga bond lengths are 3.15 Å. All Sr–Al bond lengths are 3.15 Å. Ga is bonded to four equivalent Sr atoms to form GaSr4 tetrahedra that share corners with four equivalent AlSr4 tetrahedra, corners with twelve equivalent GaSr4 tetrahedra, and edges with six equivalent AlSr4 tetrahedra. Al is bonded to four equivalent Sr atoms to form AlSr4 tetrahedra that share corners with four equivalent GaSr4 tetrahedra, corners with twelve equivalent AlSr4 tetrahedra, and edges with six equivalent GaSr4 tetrahedra.
