Materials Data on TbCuGe by Materials Project

TbCuGe crystallizes in the hexagonal P6_3mc space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Tb is bonded to six equivalent Cu and six equivalent Ge atoms to form a mixture of distorted edge and face-sharing TbCu6Ge6 cuboctahedra. There are three shorter (2.95 Å) and three longer (3.19 Å) Tb–Cu bond lengths. There are three shorter (2.97 Å) and three longer (3.17 Å) Tb–Ge bond lengths. Cu is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Tb and three equivalent Ge atoms. All Cu–Ge bond lengths are 2.49 Å. Ge is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Tb and three equivalent Cu atoms.

Materials Data on TbCuGe by Materials Project

TbCuGe is hexagonal omega structure-derived structured and crystallizes in the trigonal P-3m1 space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Tb is bonded to six equivalent Cu and six equivalent Ge atoms to form a mixture of edge and face-sharing TbCu6Ge6 cuboctahedra. There are three shorter (3.05 Å) and three longer (3.08 Å) Tb–Cu bond lengths. There are three shorter (3.08 Å) and three longer (3.27 Å) Tb–Ge bond lengths. Cu is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Tb and three equivalent Cu atoms. All Cu–Cu bond lengths are 2.48 Å. Ge is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Tb and three equivalent Ge atoms. All Ge–Ge bond lengths are 2.50 Å.
