Materials Data on YbGdHg2 by Materials Project
YbGdHg2 is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Yb is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Hg atoms. All Yb–Hg bond lengths are 3.25 Å. Gd is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Hg atoms. All Gd–Hg bond lengths are 3.25 Å. Hg is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Yb and four equivalent Gd atoms.
