Materials Data on Zn2PdPt by Materials Project
PtPdZn2 is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Pt is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Zn atoms. All Pt–Zn bond lengths are 2.67 Å. Pd is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Zn atoms. All Pd–Zn bond lengths are 2.67 Å. Zn is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Pt and four equivalent Pd atoms.
