Materials Data on ZrFeP by Materials Project
ZrFeP crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Zr is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Fe and five equivalent P atoms. There are a spread of Zr–Fe bond distances ranging from 2.79–2.99 Å. There are a spread of Zr–P bond distances ranging from 2.69–2.72 Å. Fe is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Zr and four equivalent P atoms. There are a spread of Fe–P bond distances ranging from 2.29–2.47 Å. P is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Zr and four equivalent Fe atoms.
