Microdynamic issues in large deployable space telescopes

This paper discusses a framework for microdynamic analysis -- analyzing a structure for nonlinear dynamic behavior in the nanometric regime -- and illustrates how microdynamic behaviors such as microlurch, joint snaps, and harmonic distortion fit within the framework.
