PEM Electrode Assembly Manufacturing and Automated Stack Assembly US Operation (CRADA Final Report)

NLR will perform experiments and simulations to validate catalyst layer coating processes. Catalyst inks will be formulated to tune rheology, surface tension, and other ink properties to achieve uniform coatings and appropriate thicknesses.
