Photorefractive effects in GaAs
Abstract
Photorefractive GaAs is a potential optical processing material with the capability of integration with optoelectronic and electronic devices. Recent results on photorefractive properties of liquid encapsulated Czochralski (LEC)-grown, undoped, semiinsulating GaAs crystals are presented.
