A Frequency-Domain Mixer Model for Diffusion-Cooled Hot-Electron Bolometers
Abstract
A new frequency domain hot-electron bolometer (HEB) mixer model is described, which takes into account the non-uniform temperature distribution found in superconducting diffusion-cooled devices.
